Singapore ranked 10th globally for prime office costs in Q2 2026. According to Savills, Singapore’s net effective occupier cost reached US$158.52 psf per year, equivalent to approximately S$200.84 psf per year or S$16.74 psf per month.
This is an all-in cost comprising rent and fit-out expenses, after adjusting for landlord incentives such as rent-free periods.
